Importantly, no personal information is collected unless voluntarily submitted by you.

The Campaign strictly pledges not to sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Online contributions, if accepted, are processed and reported in accordance with Texas campaign finance laws³, with required reports filed publicly.

Please note, information submitted to a political campaign is not automatically confidential and may be subject to disclosure if incorporated into official governmental records or otherwise required by law, such as under the Texas Public Information Act⁴. You have choices: you may unsubscribe from campaign emails at any time using the link included in communications, or request removal from campaign contact lists directly. This Website is not directed toward children under the age of 13, and the Campaign does not knowingly collect personal information from children⁵.
